Michael Lombardo is Director of Development and College Relations for the University of California, Berkeley's largest academic division, the College of Letters and Science. Previously he served as Director of Alumni Scholarships at UC Berkeley, in which position he established the largest alumni volunteer program in the country. In the summer of 2006, newly elected Oakland Mayor Ron Dellums appointed Michael to his Task Force on Youth Issues. Michael also sits on the Board of Advisors for Grapeflix Digital Media, a user-created content community, and is a District Chair for UC Berkeley's Alumni Scholarship program. A summa graduate of the University of Michigan, Michael lives in Oakland with his wife and young daughter.
