Information: Ms. Tarzi is a tireless volunteer for FSR, and helped us establish the Grants for Self-Reliance project in Kabul. Heba is also a human rights activist with the Health and Development Center for Afghan Women (HDCAW), and the Associate Director of FSR's Widows Research and Support Center in Kabul. In her spare time, Heba is also a full-time student of English Literature at Education University of Kabul.
